    I have the expresscard digital tv tuner from hp, and when i first had it, there was no problems whatsoever, but now, everytime i play live tv, or even watch back recorded clips, its lagging all the time, about every second, its not the tv aerial as i plugged it into the main coax cable that goes onto the aerial on the roof and its still jolting everysecond, does anybody have any idea why this is? :confused: thanks.

    Check CPU temperature, also check whether anything is gobbling up your system resources (use task manager).
