Got to control panel>Mobile PC and under 'Tablet PC Settings', there's an option to "Set tablet buttons to perform certain tasks". When I click on it a pop-up window shows saying "Tablet Buttons are not installed on this computer" and I can't customize it.
I did a fresh install of Vista but I also installed the drivers on HP's site. My side tablet buttons works just fine.

Is it like this for everyone else?

In Mobile PC setting where "Set tablet buttons to perform certain tasks" is under Tablet PC Setting:
