    Screenshot of my task manager. Is the memory usage and cpu usage fine? Memory usage seems high, all i'm running is AIM and i have antivirus and antispyware in the background.

    That's not bad. I'm running IE, Norton, sidebar, and other background tasks. My memory usage is 42%. (3gb) Yours is at 31%. How much ram do you have though?

    The OP has 4GB ram.
    and 67 processes, w/ 1.25GB ram being utilised is fine. Is your system buggy/lagging ??
