Just curious what you all think of the Hp and Compaq Tech Support... have you noticed anything differnt? and whats the things you would tell HP to change about the tech support
i for one work for the tech support and i think its sick what Hp is making us do to try to make Hp more money...

HPs support is awesome. I have the email in my address book, any time I have a prob, i write and get an email within the hour. Only problem is half the time I get some bs. Being 2 hops from MSCE i know quite a bit. Nevertheless, they do communicate. [:I]
