This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     sent it out tuesday , thursday afternoon it is back working perfectly , not a scratch on it .
    This is to show they get it right often , tired of all the complaints , 2nd time HP has done right by me .
    Thet replaced the motherboard , thing has been on 24/7 since I bought it 9 months ago , runs great for the machine it is , a mini .

    They're hit or miss. My brother got his V2000 back NEXT day after shipping it out, mobo problem fixed. I, with the supposedly better business support, got it 2 weeks after for a graphics issue.
