I thought it would be fun to post one thing you love about your Hp Envy, whether it be hardware or just something fun. I'll start.

I love how my beats edition looks like HAL from 2001: A Space Odyssey.

I love how people look at my computer and say "I have a mac book pro" like it's the something I couldn't have and I settled for an envy.
So mine would be how the envy is the samuel l. jackson of the laptop world. Aka the baddest mutha .....

Let's just turn that around and say.... the Mac Book Pro's sort of looks like the Envy's but not really. They only wish they could be as beautiful. :p

Anyway, I only had my Envy 17 3D for a short time as most of you already know, but yes, its sleek, sexy design that is not all cluttered with nonsense buttons, lights, and useless eye candy, but I would call it eye distraction.

The screen was gorgeous... I loved the glassy look. Shine is sexy. I paint in oils and I love that shine that oils have, the richness. The glossy screen gives us amazing blacks and whites, colors pop out! As seen in the first ever bluray movie I've seen on it, Batman The Dark Knight, great movie to see in bluray on the Envy 17.... :D

    KJ

Coming from a 17" DV9500, I absolutely love the keyboard. It just works, although I still miss my 10 key. I am getting better at using the top numbers instead. I love the backlight in red. My wife has a white one and it almost seems overwhelming. I love the portability of the ENVY 14 even though its got some weight to it. Beyond that I simply love it. Please HP I hope you built this right I want it for some time.

I love having both an HDMI port and a Mini DisplayPort since I use the former at home and the latter at school (which runs exclusively on mac hardware). My peers still can't get over that a PC looks better than their Macbooks. :)

The keyboard. Mmmmmm more comfy than a MPB's.

To be fair, the sharp front edge makes it a little uncomfortable.

Yeah, and my response always is...

I have better specs than your MacBook Pro and paid about $800 less than you did. Good job you!

I love the design. It turns heads when I use it at my school, its like they have never seen a computer so sexy that's not a mac.

Envy Beats- I love the black rubberish finish inside.
