    Hi friends,
    After long waiting, I have given up to buy one ZV5000Z.
    I just brought one refurbished ZT3000 from ebay. For secure, I think I need to buy warranty extended plan for my new NB.
    After some study, I need some help about Express Repair extended service plan.
    Is it valid outside USA?
    I read all information on HP.com, but it mentions nothing about territory.
    I live in Taiwan. I have contacted HP Taiwan and asked them the question, but they gave me a obscure answer. I mailed HP USA, and I got no response.
    If you know something about it, please tell me, and I would appreciate your effort very much.

    I just got responses from HP.
    The answer seems to be no, service plans are honoured in the US only.

    HP Care Pack service agreements are only valid within the country in which they are purchased. If the U.S. is not your country of primary residence, I suggest purchasing the service agreement within that country. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

    I understand you are interested in ordering an extended service plan from hpshopping.com for use in Taiwan. All of the products sold at hpshopping.com are designed for use and sale within the US. We recommend purchasing products in the place of where you will be living at that time so they will be appropriately supported in that area. All of the service plans on hpshopping.com are made for service in the US only and will not be honoured outside of the 50 US states. Please accept my apologies we are unable to assist you with information in that regard.
