    Well, I finally ordered my computer. Now I just have to try and wait patiently for it to arrive. Estimated built date of the 20th. Here she is:

    Good luck! I know the wait can be almost unbearable but it will be worth it when it finally comes. Looks like you made a good choice! By the way, what was the price on your lappy?

    1,046.93 is what I paid.
    50.00 credit cause the first time I tried ordering they messed everything up.
    50.00 mail in rebate.
    Grand total: 946.93
    Also I am in the employee purchase program which was a whole 5% off. But hey its helps.

    Here is the cure. Do not visit here until you get your laptop. Do not keep checking your shipment status at HP. Finally, forget you even bought a laptop...

    Trust me...you will go crazy otherwise... ;)

    Ah, its hard to not visit here.
    I am glad I found this website. You guys have gave me a lot of helpful information and I appreciate it. Also thanks for putting up with me being a "newbie" cause a lot of forums absolutely hate newbies. Haha. I would have still probably gotten a decent system but overall I think you guys helped a ton with your opinions.

    Well, it shipped today! At 11 this morning actually.
    I have the 2 business day shipping and I'm hoping it will get here on Saturday but it could be Monday. Lets hope for Saturday!

    Yay! That's good news. And maybe also good news for me, too, since I am waiting for mine from HP (via Costco). I ordered it Monday and had an estimated ship date of the 21st. :D

    Well high hopes for getting it tomorrow. I was informed that 2 day shipping is after it passes customs, meaning after it gets in the US. So the approx. delivery date is the 21st.
