    Hey all,

Been using the 15.6" ENVY notebook for almost 3 months now.

I take good care of my laptop. When I came home from work one day, I was horrified to see a diagonal crack across 1/4 of the screen from top to bottom. Externally, no damages noted on the aluminum panel and the plastic overlaying the internal LCD. No marks or scuffs that I can see that may have explained what caused the damage.

Are these display prone to cracking on the slighted pressure or did someone mess with my laptop when I wasn't around? I have a housekeeper and I don't know whether I should be pointing fingers.. so I'm just curious..

    Thoughts?

    Thanks!
