    I only see the percentage, and read somewhere that HP took out the battery time option in the bios. I tied the registry method of adding HKLM>system>currentcontrolsetcontrol>power and adding EnergyEstimationEnabled with a value of 1, rebooted and still nothing.

    what model do you have? My HP 840 G5 doesn't have the sensor where windows can read it. The only way to get a power draw reading is to get hp software suite app (HP assistant I believe its called) and the battery check software shows power draw in mA there.
