My Tx1000 just came in. I don't know much about Vista other then all the backlash it recieves, being buggy as hell, unstable, etc. So I decided to move back to XP. Little did I know....Hardly ANY xp support whatsoever. It's a headache trying to find nvidia chipset/network drivers that will work. HP sure as hell has none for Windows XP. Only vista....So comes the question, how are all of you with running Vista? Have any of you gotten full xp support?
Thx.

I've liked my TX1000. It has been running cool for weeks, about 31. This week I installed my HP 7780 software and it shot up to 64, not sure if it's a coincidence or not yet. After powering it down, it not runs at about 40 most of the time, still well below the 52 that was persistent with my 6000.
The biggest problem I have is finding drivers for my old hardware. I have a audio flash device by sony that isn't supported on Vista yet. -
well for nvidia, any of their drivers should be fine
for network, try finding a tx1000 model that used XP or even just figure out what network card you have and just find drivers for that in another HP model. they should be the same
To all the TX1000 owners...
