The side bar on my Presario 2100 touchpad does not work in Opera9 - the newest version. It's OK in other apps.

    Has anyone had something similar?
    Any solutions?

    Solution:

    1) Uninstall your current Synaptics Touchpad drivers
    2) Restart your computer.
    3) Download and uninstall the newer updated Synaptics Touchpad drivers from: http://www.synaptics.com/support/drive.cfm

Once thats done you may have to restart your computer again.

You will probably have to reconfigure the touchpad software to register the side bar for scrolling.

Thanks for the Synaptics link. The thing worked OK in Opera7 but they must be doing something diferent in 9. And the HP drivers are all a bit out of date for new apps like this.
