I updated my synaptics drivers out of the box to see if I would get multi-touch. But I didn't. I did get to adjust scroll speed and you could also add corner tap,

Update the TouchPad driver to the most current version, which is available below.

Once installed, you can use the Synaptics control panel to adjust the scroll / tap / multitouch settings.
