I received my envy 15 yesterday and tried clean install once.

Problem is that the touchpad didn't work if I used any of the old drivers even the one from HDD. Three version, one from HDD, two from the thread.

But with the newest driver ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=426181), 'double tap to disable touchpad' doesn't
    work well.

It can be disabled by double tap but can't be enabled again.
I have to enable the touchpad from the config page.

    Can anyone help me ?
Actually I want to use the originally version from HDD.
I want to use the feature of designating different functions of three corner.

Instead of tapping just keep your finger firm over the disable/enable zone for few seconds (3-10 seconds depending on settings) and it will work for disabling and enabling both.

Envy Touchpad is really really good after last driver update. It works flawless (not upto MBP yet but close).

Well, after I flash the latest fw...the touchpad is ok.

But my webcam can't work at all.
Skype can see the webcam but no image in there...

Try latest drivers but to me it seems like hardware issue, it worked before flashing bios ?

I have the same touchpad problem - double tap to disable works but doesn't work to enable it again. How did you fix it? What do you mean by flashed the "fw" (bios?)

    Thanks!
