    Trackpad glow light not working

    Anyone have this issue on their DV6 6100? Or possible ways to fix? I enable and disable the trackpad but there is still no blue light around it. Have I managed to switch it off accidentally?

    Did you try reinstalling the trackpad drivers?

    Sorry this is the most stupid thing ive ever asked. I shutdown, pulled the battery, and the light has come back on. I guess it was just temporary. Thanks for the response tho Hockeymass

    Press fn+spacebar to toggle the trackpad light. Though it seems to remember the settings between boots, it defaults to on when you take out the battery (which you discovered).
