    Okay guys... anyone having troubles getting the sims 3 to work on the dm 4 series laptop? I can't get it to run for anything. What can i do to make sure i have everything on the laptop for it to run? i just bought the laptop form staples.

    it will run on my mothers computer.

    PLease, anyone have any recommendations? it acts like it wants to load, but doesnt. it sounds like it basically starts up, shuts down in a repetitive state.

    Does other CDs or games on CD work? Might be bad disk drive?

    Yes. I can listen to music cd's and i installed my wireless mouse.
