Ok i have an R4000 with an Athlon 64 4000+ and i am considering returning it for a Turion computer.But not sure if there is any real diffrence besides battery life and weight.

Thanks i usually have it hooked up to power supply i have rarely used the battery at all and a 2lb diffrence in weight is not a bother for me as i have mine in a rolling case when i take it somewhere

That's pretty much it. Turions are just Athlon 64's with the transistors tweaked for lower power consumption rather than higher clock rates. The same Radeon 200M chipset but without the 128MB dedicated memory the zv6000 has is very popular for Turion notebooks. Anyhow, you might as well keep what you have.
