Got my Ze2000z today, just fired it up, looks good! I have removed the 4200 rpm Seagate POS and installed a Hitaci 7200 rpm hd, doing a fresh boot as we speak. Everything going smoothly so far...

please write a review? Or at least tell us what battery life and/or performance you're getting out of it?

Since you have a 4200rpm and a 7200rpm drive, it would be nice to see what the diffrence in batterylife and performance could be! Any chance you could check that out while you got the chance?

As long as you upgraded to a faster HDD, I would honestly have to say that the ze2000z is my absolute favorite portable notebook out on American market. A lot of people might seem shocked that I would hold it in such reguard, but it is the absolute perfect mix of portability, power, and value for the future. Congrats on your wise purchase.
