I've read some threads about turning off the bilingual blue keys on the HP Keyboard and found they didn't work for my PC. After calling Costco Help Desk they directed me to hit the start menu Type in Keyboard. And the controls come up to change the language of the keyboard, ie, from French to English. You have to change the key board to English US. Remove Canada-French and Canda-Multi-lingual options and you will have success. Hope this helps someone as it did me! Trying to get help from the HP call Centre was totally useless. Had the run around for over an hour.
