I recently sent my Envy 14 (2020?) in to replace a dead hard drive. Before I sent it in I could turn the display off by turning the brightness all the way down but now i can only make the display dim, not turn it off completely. Does anyone know how to get that function back? Thanks.

I bet the tech team upgraded the Bios and that "feature" was considered a bug.
There is an app called Turn Off LCD.exe (just google it) that perhaps can be of help.
