Does anybody know of any external TV-tuner I can connect to my nx7010 (via USB, f.ex.)? I'm going to college and TVs are prohibited where I'm gonna live.
i was wondering if I could receive good quality TV with a TV tuner and if somebody could recommend me one.
BTW, would I only be able to receive local channels? Which model do you own?

You can pretty much use any USB TV Tuner for your system. If possible, I'd get a USB 2.0 TV Tuner (ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0). This will allow for video to be piped into your notebook with minimal compression interference. Just make sure you get one that is compatible with your TV signal type (PAL or NTSC).
A few brands that have USB TV Tuners:
ATI
Happauge (I think that's how you spell it)
AverMedia
You could also do a search in Google for USB 2.0 TV Tuner:

So doesn't the TV tuner serve as an antenna? I mainly wanted it for use in countryside or in any other places where there aren't any antennas.
I do not need it to transfer a signal from the TV to the laptop.

You may have to hook up an antenna to the TV Tuner, but I believe that should be possible. The antenna should connect into the COAX connector on the TV Tuner.
