    What's the deal with it? I was watching a review online and the guy said "Nice crystal clear picture, I don't see any graniness at all." Then I went to Best Buy and it looked like it was covered in sand....

    As they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The grainyness of the screen doesnt both some people while on the hand really irritates some. Since you have looked at it I guess you would have to decide whether you can live with it or not.
