i kinda had enough. ive been searching and searching for days now trying to get my wireless N to work. i have the intel prowireless 4965AGN and it sometimes work and it sometimes dont.
Seriously, i have a working wireless router no more than 2 meters away and i cant even get ubuntu to find it. all it says is connected to "lo" before it says connected to "wlan0" or somethiing like that.... my internet works only if i connect it to ethernet.
Can someone help me and tell me how you guys got your wireless 4965AGN up working?

so you basically did nothing to your installation to get it working?

------ but yeah, i agree with you. i installed 7.10 and my wireless worked right out of the box. i saw all the wireless connections around me. but theni decided to turn off my wireless and when i turned it back on later, i dont see anyone to connect to anymore. all i see is "lo" in the small internet "two small computers" in the upper right hand corner. whats the big deal anyways.. whatas wrong!!!!! im so frustrated! i cant seem to see what caused the problem. seriously, i didnt even do anything!
