I ordered a dv5t after cancelling one. They sent me the ****ing warranty on the one I cancelled and charged me for it. They changed the order name even though I said I wanted to cancel that order. For some reason I thought the coupon was included in the price on the new one I bought and just realized it wasn't. The notebook shipped but has not arrived yet. Do you think they would let me add the coupon on now if I called even after all the other BS and probably money I cost them? Any suggestions?

I guess you will find out when you call, but I think they should at least be able to clear up the warranty issue...
If you can't get someone to help you out with the coupon at first, I would say try calling 2 or 3 times. You never know, you might get someone on the line who is willing to help ya out.
