    Unable to adjust brilliance

    Pavilion DV7t-3100 - BIOS F17 New install Win 7 Pro 32bit

    Problem:
    Unable to adjust the brilliance with or without the use of the Func key.

    Note:
    Able to use Func key to open IE (F3) put to standby (F5) etc. therefore Func key is operating.

    Many thanks for any help.
