    Undervolting My DV5Z

    Is there anyway i could undervolt my DV5Z so i can squeeze some more battery life out of it I wanna know any software that can support my AMD processor for it :confused:

    Not only do you squeeze more battery life (about 20 to 40 mins more), you also lower heat. Which equals quiter operation. I've done it on a TX2500Z with ZM-80 2.1ghz Turion Ultra with fantastic results.

    I've undervolted the ZM-80 in my dv5z and haven't noticed much difference at all on operating temperatures. Rather disappointed...

    I undervolted mine using this guide. I have had great results.

    Also your processor should be supported by RM clock unlike for us PUMA processor users which is sadly still not supported by Rm clock :(
