    Hi,
I have HP dv6265 laptop. When I bought it, I reinstalled the system to XP Pro.
After using it for a while, I encountered with a problem:
When I click on "My Network Places" icon on the desktop, something strange happens with system. First time, blue death screen popped up and then it automatically restarted the system. Then, it started to crash, and either it just froze the system (I had to take out my battery in order to restart the system); or it popped up error message (something about Explorer and Dr. Watson32 errors). In these cases I just opened task Manager and closed dr.watson and then my desktop refreshed. Interestingly, after this, when I open My Networks, it opens smoothly without any error.

Do you have any suggestions about this case?

Did you run Windows Update after the fresh reinstall?

I still have the same errors and crashes. I tried to view dr. watson`s log file and found these strokes there:

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
*** ERROR: Symbol file could not be found. Defaulted to export symbols for C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntdll.dll -
    function: ntdll!KiFastSystemCallRet

*** ERROR: Symbol file could not be found. Defaulted to export symbols for C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3d9.dll -

Does anyone know how I can view "blue death screen" error log file?
