    As you may know, I could not play Call of Duty 1 or Call of Duty United Offensive until the other day when the BIOS update was released because of an OpenGL problem. Now CoD 1 works fine and I can play it, but my demo of United Offensive now has a different error that prevents me from playing. Whenever I try to start it up it says,

    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
    Buffer overrun detected!

    ...

    And it doesn't let me play the game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    THANKS

    I got the full game and UO seems to be working fine...

    Now if only I could get it to run in 1366x768 instead of 1024x768
