Ok so the title is self-explanatory. I recently clean installed Windows 7 on an HP 4510s and I downloaded all the drivers from the HP page, yet I still get this unknown device in the device manager.

I'm currently trying to install the driver from the DVD, but the "driver setup" has been running for over 30min now and nothing's happened :(

Any ideas what it could be? It's on the PCI slot so I thought it might be the wireless card, but I already installed those.

The two most common 'unknown device' driver issues usually come from either the ProtectSmart (ProtSHD) driver or the IR driver not being installed. The ProtectSmart drivers will be under the Software/Security section.
