Hi every one! I'm coming from the Sager forum. Some of you may be aware that certain HP Notebooks like the new Envy models with the HD 7850m have some gaming performance issues relating to GPU underutilization. This issue affects you guys, Sager owners, Alienware owners, and any one else who has a 7000m card with the new "muxless" configuration. In this configuration, the AMD/Nvidia card has to pass a signal through the Intel HD 4000 and then from there to the monitor. While this is cost saving and efficient, the task of passing data like this has not been perfected. It works well with Nvidia but horribly with AMD, and we are afraid AMD is going to forget us 7000m owners and try to fix the issue for the next generation. We paid hundreds or even thousands for our laptops, and we don't deserve to be cheated out of that kind of money.
