Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems to me we all knew what we bought, when we bought it. I did a month of research before I bought my zv6005us. I knew it came with XP Home and no promise of XP64. I knew it came with 2700 single channel memmory with no promise of anything else working. For the price, I sure didn't expect a super gaming machine, even though it plays everything I like to play. We all got what we paid for, a reasonably priced system that handles most tasks fairly well. With minimul upgrades it will do even better. I don't mean to sound disrespectful, but I believe I speak the truth. Before I bought the computer, I read everything I could find, including the Service and repair manual.
Thanks, Cope

good points robcope I did the same with my laptop. I researched what little there was and read everything about it I could and then bought what I needed for me. It's not the best, but it was the best for the price which was all I wanted. However, not everyone really knows what to expect, nor what they need ahead of time.
But eventually people will figure out what it is they want and need
