I am decent at computers but updating drivers and BIOS can freak me out sometimes.

I have the BIOS that the PC came with, and want to update the Envy 14 to the new BIOS that is available..maybe it will help with my monitor issues. When I download the BIOS file from the HP website and run it, it ask if I want to overwrite files. Do I want to do that? The help documents don't say anything about it.

Also want to try updating the video drivers but that seems even more complicated and don't quite follow everything in the drivers thread if anyone else can help walk me through it a bit more.
