I plan on buying a 9500t soon and would like to upgrade what I can with aftermarket (cheaper) stuff. What information do I need to make sure I search for the right processor and memory?
I'm going for a T7700 Intel or something similar. I'd like to upgrade the RAM as much as my wallet will allow. Please let me know what I need to look for to make sure I don't get the wrong ones.

With the memory, do I have to get the same Mhz or can i get anything higher? i imagine it will just use what it can of the memory, but i'd rather know than guess.

I know that changing the processor would void the warranty, but would it be possible to replace the original one and send the computer back if I had any problems?

    Thanks

You should not think about upgrading the CPU at least for a year (which is the basic warranty period)! As for RAM, I got 2GB for my notebook recently. Dual Channel is always suggested so get 2x RAM but of same manufacturer and specifications (Mhz etc.) I suggest Corsair!

I don't think it would be possible for you to replace it after opening it. There will be warranty stickers inside or even slight discoloration of the black nuts will tell them that it has been opened.
