    You need to have the Upgrade Kit which will include the key and the disk.

    And as Bobdare asked, are you eligible for the free upgrade?

    I'm eligible for the upgrade on my HP dv2000 (2125nr). I sent in all the paperwork in November. Have upgrade kits shipped? Is there an FTP site or something else other than sitting by my mailbox?
