It says centrino on the laptop and when I pull up the system it says Pentium M 1.5. I know what you are saying I cannot find anything on a NX6110 having a 1.5 centrino?

I bought the NX6110 used from a local shop they may have replaced the CPU? Will the centrino 1.5 work in the NX6110's motherboard? Or maybe replaced Motherboard and CPU?

Centrino is not the name of the cpu but of the platform(intel cpu+intel chipset+intel wifi card). Essentially for all practical purposes its just a sticker. The cpu you have is a Pentium M or as you mentioned if they replaced it then most likely the system shipped with a Celeron M(which doesnt qualify for the Centrino sticker).
