    Hi,
    i tried to upgrade my Compaq -prasario V5202Tu ,celeron m410 to C2D T5200,
    i last upgraded the bios to F.24 also. but laptop does not boot only power up with direct power supply no bios screen flash.does this to do with bios or my motherboerd does not support it, i actually got the refrence from Prof. Erico from HP after i told him my system configuration and CPU-Z identification, he suggest me three option T5200,T5300 and anotherone T1350.
    CPU-Z says its intel i943/940GML rev. 03 .

    i am bit confuzed now as this is due to system bios problem or motherboard problem.can you help me in this matter.thanks
