I have 8GB of 1333 OCZ ram installed in my Envy 15 but it only shows up as 1066 according to CPU-Z. I'm relatively new to the laptop scene as I have always been a desktop person so I'm wondering how I can get my OCZ to run at it's rated speed.

I haven't found any options in the bios to raise the multiplier or anything (Assuming it's even remotely close to a PC)

it depends on what processor you have. If it's like the Envy 14 :
    - i3/5 = 1066
    - i7 = 1333

On an i5/3, 1333 RAM will only run at 1066.

If you have an i7, it may be the motherboard doesnt recognize the ram correctly.
