    Does anyone know if the screen from HP ENVY 17 (Brightview Infinity FHD) would fit to the HP DV7 with the 1600x900 screen. I.e does it physically fit and is the wiring compatible?

    I believe all 1600x900 LCDs require a dual-channel cable, so the cable should be compatible.
