I have a Presario R3440US, and my hard drive has broken, I need to buy a new one but I can't find anywere the HD specification.... Does anyone knows? Can you forward any web site to buy it? I have checked with HP and they said it is a ATA/EIDE standard, but I don't think so

    Thanks

It is a standard laptop hard drive. Most 9.5" drives will do.

Yep, most laptop hard drives should work just fine with it.

ATA-anything, just not Serial ATA. I recommend this one. Check zipzoomfly.com and mwave.com too.
