With a lot of people's help, i was able to find out how to install and update graphic driver properly, here's the trick, hope it helps :)
    1. Driver Sweeper, scan and remove any AMD driver
    2. GO to Windows Programs and Features, remove any AMD related software
    3. Download latest HP driver and open it up. Now read, If u simply want it to work, read 3a. If u want latest AMD driver and CCC read 3b.
3a. Choose express and wait. Done!
3b. Choose custom and make sure u leave AMD display driver AND Catalyst Control Center unchecked
Download latest AMD driver and install from here: Videocards - AMD - ATI Drivers Section - Guru3D.com Forums
The trick when updating is that we dont overwrite anything. We take Intel graphic driver, switchable graphic from HP's package; AMD driver and CCC from AMD. And if HP provides a new driver, i think we have to run through driver sweeper again to make sure it's clean :)
    Have fun!
