    Usb 3.0

    I know that the DV6TQE has usb 3.0 capabilities, but for some reason when i connect a 3.0 usb hard drive enclosure it doesn't show up, and when i connect it to the right side on usb 2.0 it detects it.

    Is the driver installed, it should be one of these but don't know which version of the dv6tqe you have 6000, 6100, 6b00, or 6c00
