    Hi all,
I'm trying to hookup my notebook to my amp thru SPDIF but couldn't seemed to find anywhere to turn on the feature.
My notebook comes with Vista Home but I "downgraded" it to XP Pro.

Any suggestion to get this working?
....BTW, there is a HDMI port in the NB :)

I figured it out..... The SPDIF is turned on as soon as soon as the right cable is used (i.e. optical cable with the mini male adaptor attached). :D
