    Hi Everyone,

I am about to order a Compaq V2000 notebook with an Intel Pentium M 1.7 chip, 40 Gig HD, 256 RAM, Intel Wireless B/G. I do have a few questions before ordering.

I was wondering does the Bios support booting from a USB drive?

What are the RAM specs for this machine? (I want to order my own RAM from Newegg.)

Is it worth buying an extra battery from HP? Or go to a third party and save a few bucks?

    Thanks

Which model Pentium M? It's probably DDR 333 ram or possibly DDR2 533 (not sure, but it'd say DDR or DDR2 on the config page).
