Just want to share some of the experience of my recent update.

The BIOS is updated to F.22 which HP claim to Vista ready. The issue is: since I update this version, the XP will never remember my touchpad lock status. I put it on lock all the time. But whenever the machine is rebooted or come back from screen saver, the touchpad is in active even it shows red light. Same thing happen in Linux(I have both XP and Ubuntu).

The Nvidia 97.73 driver works great on Go6150. It does allow me to trim down the GPU clock although it is called overclocking feature. I am working on 100MHz now since I don't play games.

Does anyone know how to make this overclocking feature available in Linux driver? The coolbit doesn't seem work correctly in Ubuntu. Any success story?
