Not sure if this a something wrong with the settings but i have tried everything. For some reason my scrolls on the touch pad stop working. They will work sometimes and not others. I will mess with the settings and get it back on some how but as soon as i restart my laptop it will stop working again. Anyone know what i need to do to keep it on.

try using the latest drivers from synaptics.com (assuming it's synaptics touchpad you have)

What applications does it not scroll?

I have tried doing that and it says i have latest drivers for my synaptics touchpad. Basically none of the applications will scroll at this point. If i go into the setup for my touchpad there are a few things blanked out im not sure why this is but im wondering if thats why i cannot get it to keep working.
