hallo, yesterday i did format vista on my hp compaq presario V6343EA and installed xp. Because I had too many driver problems I installed Vista again and installed Xp in another partion I created. But still it doesnt recognize.
I have problems with ethernet, modem and sound drivers. There are almost no drivers for this model in Hp site and I tried many other drives found on internet but they doesnt work.
Usually i get the error message : "Could not find the MEDIA device for this
    driver"
    So, please help me ??

Try a similar machine that was offered with XP, like the V6000.

Did you install the MS UAA drivers before trying to install the audio/modem drivers? The ethernet drivers should also be available direct from Intel.
