Just got an lcd hdtv and want to connect my dv6000. It has an svideo and vga out. I know the vga is better, but should I shoot for a vga to vga, or a vga to component. The TV supports both. Thanks

I use a desktop connected to a 50" plasma thru VGA and it looks awesome, so go with that.

component and vga are almost exactly the same, but vga sends an uncompressed signal. go with vga to vga.

VGA all the way! try to keep the cable length as short as possible.
