    VeriSoft Finger Print Software

    I am having a problem using my fingerprint to log onto websites when using Internet Explorer 7. It has always worked fine, but the last couple day it will not work.

    Normally a window will pop up whenever to get to a log in page, but now it will not. The little icon that is normally in the top right corner to make the windows manually pop up is not there either.

    It works fine with Firefox, but not with Internet Explorer. I have reset IE, but that still did nothing. I made sure the SSO is turned on.


    Any ideas?

    Try re-install the software.

    Any chance youve installed any Windows Updates lately?

    Theres another software called DigitalPersona, I have the software, if you need it PM me. I can send you the link to the download site.

    It works really well with IE and in my opinion is much better then verisoft.

    Internet explorer was giving me some problems, so I did a Reset on IE where everything goes back to orginal settings. That fixed the problems, but I believe that is when the fingerprint software stopped working.

    Verisoft works fine with Firefox and Windows Live Messenger. It only does not work in IE.
