    Hey all,

I notice some problems using access manager and firefox. However, the software works flawlessly when using it with IE.

Anyway, I'm trying to locate updates for the software but had no luck. The one posted on HP's website is older than what I have. I tried going to bioscrypts website but no luck as well.

My laptop is DV6565us with Vista Home Premium.

    Thanks!!!

the setup of the usernames and passwords looks different but it will still end up working. At first I was reluctant to using it with the software. Now i only use the verisoft software w/ firefox.

Well to me, the problems of using it with Firefox includes:

-Poor recognition of username/password fields. The program does not sense it and consequently, wont ask for me to scan my finger.

-Unpredictable when it comes to entering username and password. When using it firefox, sometimes the program would just enter the username and NOT the password. Sometimes it would enter NOTHING even though my fingerprints were verified.

None of this occurs with IE. Note that I'm using the most up to date browser (IE and Firefox) and the software is also up to date.

    Any ideas?
