I just did a clean Vista install on my dv2500t and as many of you know, the backup partition doesn't have the Verisoft Access Manager software. So I found a link for it on the HP website (although it says it's for a different model notebook) and installed it.

After installing the version I found on the website, every time I log on to a website, Verisoft asks for my password twice and then it asks me if I want to record this password for future use. This means I have to enter my password three times. Once when I actually fill it out on the browser, and twice on the Verisoft software. Before I did the clean install it would never ask me for my password, it would only ask me if I wanted to record the password for future use.

Is there any way I can get Verisoft from asking me to confirm my password? It's really annoying to type my password three times. Thanks!

Hi, click Start/ All programs/ Verisoft/ My identity, then settings and options, and then untick any of the options you want or don't want, also click on Single sign on option, and do the same,

I found this program very annoying, so all i use it for now is to log into windows.
